PRIVATE AND CORPORATE EVENTS

Are you planning for a surprise birthday cooking class, team / corporate event, social occasion or celebration? We will bespoke your special cooking event! You can choose to hold your event at ‘The Grocery’ or in your own kitchen.

At The Grocery

This venue is available from 6pm-10pm and the event will be held in the cafe area. The number of people in a group can be from 6 to 20. For a larger group the event can be arranged at another venue.

The Basic Class:
- £45 per person
- 4 dishes (e.g. rice dish, soup, a main and a side dish)
- 2 hour class

The Team Event:
- £65 per person
- 5 dishes (e.g. rice dish, soup, 2 mains and a side dish)
- plus sake tasting!
- 3 hour class

The class starts with an introduction to the ingredients and Japanese seasonings followed by hands-on cooking and tasting of the dishes at the end. If you would like to learn any specific recipe or have any dietary requirements then please let us know.
If you would like to have any drinks at the session, such as Japanese beer, shochu, or bottles of wine then please request. An additional price will be charged for drinks.

At your kitchen

A Private hands-on cooking class can be arranged at your kitchen! Our chef will bring all the ingredients and tools to your kitchen.

- Prices start from £160 for 2 people
- 4 dishes (e.g. rice dish, soup, a main and a side dish)
- 2 hour class

The Intensive Class:
- Prices start from £250 for 2 people
- All about Japanese cooking
- Please select your recipes from the menu list
- 4 hour class
