What gift voucher amount should I choose?

Our £99 gift voucher covers one place on most of our 3-hour Japanese cooking classes, including our popular Sushi Making Class. The £198 voucher can be used for our full-day Beginners Japanese Cuisine course, or for two people attending a £99 class together. For private cooking classes or other experiences, you can choose £495 or enter your own amount.

How long is my gift voucher valid for?

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. We recommend booking a class well before the expiry date to avoid missing out.

How do I redeem my voucher?

Accepted Answer

It only takes a few steps:Choose a class — browse our Japanese Cooking Classes and pick the one you'd like to book.Proceed to checkout — select your class date and add it to your cart as usual.Enter your voucher code at checkout — your unique code was emailed to you (or the gift recipient) when the voucher was purchased. Enter it in the gift card field at checkout, and the value will be automatically deducted from your total.

Can I use my voucher towards any class, including a private cooking class?

Yes — your voucher can be redeemed against any of our group classes, including sushi, vegan sushi, gyoza, or our full-day Beginners course. If you'd like to use it towards a private cooking class instead, simply fill in the enquiry form on that page (or get in touch at classes@atsukoskitchen.com) to arrange your session, and let us know you'll be paying with a gift voucher — we'll confirm your date and apply the value to your final price.

Will I receive a physical voucher?

No, this is a digital e-voucher — delivered straight to your (or the recipient's) inbox, ready to use immediately. No shipping or waiting required.

Are vouchers refundable?

Accepted Answer

Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, but they don't expire until 12 months from the date of purchase, so there's plenty of time to choose the perfect class.

What if the class costs more than my voucher amount?

Accepted Answer

No problem — the voucher value is deducted from your total, and you simply pay the remaining balance by card at checkout (or, for private classes, when we confirm your booking).

What if the class costs less than my voucher amount?

Accepted Answer

Any remaining balance stays on your voucher code and can be used towards a future booking.
