How the class works
Atsuko will guide you through the art of the sushi making process, step-by-step, combining traditional techniques and new approaches. First of all Atsuko will show you how to make white sushi rice, then how to slice fish for your sushi, followed by making a variety of sushi including maki (hosomaki, California roll and temaki) , and some kinds of nigiri and aburi (blow torched) sushi which will take your sushi adventure to another level. You will make a variety of sushi individually then sit down to eat what you made in the class!
Tailored especially for you
Our classes are ideal for people who want to arrange unusual events that are adventurous but still enjoyable. You could request a cooking demonstration with tasting samples for large audiences or a Sake Tasting and Otsumami (Japanese tapas) event. Or you could go for a proper hands-on lesson in a professional kitchen, where will be shown all their kitchen secrets.
