Please ask us if you wish to arrange the key Japanese ingredients to be sent to the attendees. This will take us to send you the products in 5 working days. This will cost £20 – £50/per kit including shipping, depending on the class and product choice.

How to book

Please contact us with as much information as possible – such as the number of attendees and screens, dietary requirements, choice of menu, etc.) so that we can come back to you with a quote.

A 50% of deposit payment will be required to secure your booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Our online classes are non-refundable. Your online class cannot be transferred to a class in person. In case of strict Government restrictions that require classes to be cancelled due to Covid-19 (i.e. Lockdown) you will be able to reschedule your booking.

If you are based overseas and are happy to attend our U.K. live streams in GMT or GMT+1 (GMT+1 starts the last Sunday in March and finishes on the last Sunday in October.) we would love you to book an online private class and join us.

After you have booked

You will receive an email detailing all the necessary ingredients and equipment, as well as recipes. You will be provided with links where you can easily shop for everything online if you wish to do so. We advise to book your online class one week in advance to allow yourself enough time to buy all the ingredients and have them delivered to your door.

Japanese ingredients:
Please ask if you wish to arrange the key Japanese ingredients to be sent to the attendees. We will post your order within 5 days of purchase therefore please allow enough time for delivery.

Fresh Ingredients:
With regards to the fresh ingredients and essential tools you need for the class, we will send you a welcome message including a shopping list and grocery shopping guides prior to the class so you can obtain all the ingredients ahead of time and have them ready to be used in the class.

Please read the preparation note we have sent you when you booked and get ready for your online class!

During your online class

Atsuko will start the online class by introducing the ingredients and what you will be making, she will then share her culinary secrets with you during the cooking session, and finally you will eat what you have made!
Feel free to ask Atsuko any questions during the cooking session or during the Q&A slot at the end of it.
