This kit makes approximately 10 rolled sushi (hosomaki, uramaki) and 50 pieces of nigiri! Please note that fresh ingredients are not included in the kit; however, in our class, you’ll receive detailed guidance on where to find sushi-grade fish and alternative ingredients.

For Christmas delivery, we advise to purchase our sushi kit at least one week in advance to allow us enough time to delivered to your door. Further details with regards to how and where to send the kit will be provided via email upon booking.

However, Atsuko’s cookbook “Sushi Made Simple”  is available to purchase in the class, or online if you wish to buy only the book.
