Japas

"Japanese Style Tapas" - A unique style of small dishes that are easy to eat anytime.

Japas are a great way to fill the gap between meals - encouraging conversation and satisfying your appetite. You don't need chopsticks to eat Japas, and there's no need for formal seating - you can move and drink while you're eating.

This idea is from Japan, where there are a variety of small dishes available in pubs and bars frequented by Japanese business men, who love to have a light meal with a drink after work.

Sample menu:

- Teriyaki Chicken and leek on skewers, sprinkled with sansho ( Japanese pepper )

- 3 Egg balls packed with salmon, dill, and umami flavour on skewers

- Organic tofu dip with Roasted vegetables

- Edamame

- Omusubi ( rice ball of the day )

- Kushi age ( deep fried vegetables, seafood, meat coat with panko on skewers.)

- Tsukune (mini humburger) with original sauce

There are many more menu options depending on the event.
