I loved every minute of Atsuko's class.  I have spent some time in Japan and already knew something about Japanese cookery, but I still came away feeling like I had learnt a lot.  The classes are nice and intimate and everyone gets involved.  It's so nice that we all got to eat the food together too!  Atsuko is such a lovely lady too and explains things really well.
