Q. Can I book an individual class?
If you can not attend all 5 weeks classes, we can arrange an individual class for £39. Also a private class can be arranged. Please contact us for availability.

Q. I would like to book a class as a gift for someone – is this possible?
Yes, you can book either an individual space in a group session, or a private lesson. Please contact us for availability.

Q. Will it be a problem if I miss a class in the course?
If there is availability you can take a class in another course. However, please contact us if you wish to cancel, at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can prepare for the correct numbers. Unfortunately there is no refund for a cancellation after you have started the course, but your missed class can be arranged in a future course. (*A re-arrangement class valid for six months)

Our cancellation policy:
Please note that if you wish to cancel your booking, you will need to let us know at least 7 days before the class/event to receive full refund. If your cancellation is within 24-hours the date of the class/event you booked then it won’t be refundable, and replaceable.

Q. Do you have vegetarian dishes available?
Yes – When there is a mixed class, we will cook vegetarian dishes separately. Please advise us of your food preferences when you book the course. There are many Buddhist dishes that use soy in place of meat or fish – this type of cooking is called syo-jin ryouri.

Q. I would like to arrange a special event for a group. Is this possible?
Yes – For a one-off session of 2.5 hours you can choose the dishes you would like to learn, then eat afterwards. Sake or Japanese tea can also be arranged. This is quite popular for team / corporate events, social occasions and celebrations. Please contact us for pricing based on numbers.
